Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We make every effort to display accurate stock availability, but in rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and provide a suitable alternative or cancellation.

Order and Delivery (Cash on Delivery)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete shipping information. For orders outside Dhaka, a partial advance payment for the delivery charge may be required to confirm the order. We reserve the right to cancel orders if the provided information is invalid or suspicious.

Return and Refund Policy

Since we deal with authentic skincare and cosmetics, returns are only accepted if the product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with video proof of unboxing. Products must remain completely unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Iseul Glow strictly prohibits grey market products. We guarantee that every item sold on our platform is 100% genuine and sourced directly from official brands or their authorized distributors in South Korea.

Limitation of Liability

Skincare products react differently to individual skin types. Iseul Glow is not liable for any allergic reactions, breakouts, or adverse effects caused by the products. We highly recommend reviewing the ingredient list and performing a patch test before full application.
